SHIPPING
Minimum weight per shipment is capped at ≤1.9kg for all international shipping.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase.
FreshOla Organics is not liable for any lost packages during shipping. There will be no refund once the order has been processed and mailed out. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in the receiving country. Kindly note that FreshOla Organics will not be responsible for any delays or customs charges imposed by the country of destination and the shipping time indicated above does not include any unforeseen customs delays.

PAYMENT
All orders will be charged and paid in Naira & Dollar
1. DEBIT CARD
Debit card payments are accepted. We will process your order once your payment is successfully received.
2. DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
Direct Bank Transfer payment is available for all local orders as an alternative to debit card payment. FreshOla Organics accepts electronic bank payments from any bank in Nigeria. We will process your order once your payment is successfully received.
Note: All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. We will process your order once your payment is successfully received.
CANCELLATION
An order may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
LEGALITIES
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
